Returns & refunds

Once an order is placed and paid, we do not refund for change of mind, fit, or colour preference. Please check our size guide and product details before you buy.

If something arrives clearly damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aurorawears.ng with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case — this does not guarantee a refund; where we agree there was an error on our side, we may offer a replacement if stock allows.

We do not operate a general exchange programme. Size swaps or returns for store credit are not offered unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing for your specific order.

Earrings, swimwear, undergarments, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and inventory reasons.
